安娜Dybka P.Eng specializes in functional and detail design, implementation and operation of ITS, including Traffic Management 系统, 收费系统, 交通信号, Weather Monitoring Stations and project administration and management. Anna has led an extensive portfolio of system design projects province-wide for MTO, and for clients including 407 ETR, 多伦多市, and Windsor-Detroit Tunnel. She recently led the design of the systems fit-in at the new MTO Central Region COMPASS Traffic Management Centre as implemented in advance of the Pan Am Games.
