Rachel is an Urban 规划 graduate, specializing in 城市设计. In her role with IBI Group, Rachel has a passion for creating vibrant community 主计划, rooted in an understanding of planning best practices and innovative urban design. She has experience working on a diverse range of local and international projects with IBI Group, with project experience related to 街景画 master planning, community master planning, public realm design, transit-oriented development, block and site planning and high-quality urban design, among others. Rachel is also experienced in public consultation, having worked with a variety of communities in effectively engaging their citizens using technology-based approaches.
